December 7, 2009I see the Church as a vehicle that is there to help me become a better person, there are other vehicles out there but this one works for me. I will participate best I can in my community, in hopes I can grow into something more, serve those around me and have some positive influence for change.

I like this idea. I feel the same really, although I also genuinely believe that the Church has some unique things to offer that could benefit most people. I guess I am in flux to the extent that although I believe I have the P. I am not sure the extent to which that is limited to the Church or the extent that the claim we make to the only true and living Church is important in the grand scheme of things.
